7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery for eligible products. You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with photo/video evidence

Mention your order number, issue, and attach a clear photo/video of the problem.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll initiate a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Policy
In some cases, instead of a replacement, we may issue a refund. This typically applies if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement

  • The issue is verified and refund is more suitable

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • No refunds for items returned without prior approval

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Custom-made or personalized items (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)

  • If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you may request a return after delivery under the 7-day policy

Coupon & Discount Code Availability

  • If you cancel an order where a coupon was applied, the coupon code (if valid) will be restored to your account

  • Discount codes cannot be reissued for returned orders unless the return is due to product damage or seller error
